At the beginning of the Coronavirus pandemic, the challenge arose to create a campaign that had emotional appeal and inspired followers to declare their love for their mothers through the hashtag #MandaTextão.
At Itaú, internally, I had the opportunity to work on the largest operation of Oliver Agency in the world. As a senior art director, I was responsible for developing creative solutions, visual narrative, and innovative ideas to build and expand all the brands of Itaú (Itaú, Itaú Personnalité, Credicard, Itaucard, Iti, Rede), unfolding the strategy and executing beyond traditional formats of content and advertisements. I worked closely with content strategists in cross-functional teams, providing support to all squads and developing content and marketing campaigns.

The same challenge occurred on Valentine's Day during the pandemic, where couples could be celebrating the day apart, and we created a promotion on Instagram with partner companies to gift clients.
